My Dock
Whether skiing, scuba diving, fishing, or just touring the lake, it all starts at a
good dock! Ridgewood has its own private, covered, lighted boat dock for guest use only.
It is set up for fast, easy access to fun on Bull Shoals Lake, and it also makes a great
spot to fish, relax, and swim. With over 1,000 miles of shoreline, you'll never get
that crowded feeling. There is plenty of water for everyone to enjoy, and it all starts at
the dock!
Dock Features
There's a fish cleaning table for cleaning your catch. Each boat stall has
electrical service for battery charging, etc. There's lockers for storing fishing and
boating equipment. If you wish to relax on the water the dock also has porch swings, lawn
chairs, and a combination fishing and swimming raft. Children love to swim and fish from
our dock. Parents like it too because there's comfort while watching the kids swim and
fish.
Dock Location
If you plan to take a guided fishing trip, guides will pick you up right at my
dock. For those of you familiar with Bull Shoals the Ridgewood dock is about 2 miles north
of the Missouri/ Arkansas Line, about halfway between Point 13 and Point 15, right next to
Big Boy Point.

A 15 foot aluminum Richline fishing boat comes free with each cottage. Free boat stalls are included with cottage rentals for those who bring their own boats. Extra boats or stalls are $5.00 per day depending on availability. Guests may use our paddle boat free of charge. A lot of guests fish from the paddle boat. I have seen them catch many large bass with nightcrawlers or a hot lure while drifting the paddle boat in the cove by the dock. Crappie have been caught by drifting a minnow from the paddle boat, and some like taking it out in the moonlight.
All resort boats include life cushions, paddles, oars, and anchors at no extra charge, but not life jackets. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS. All boats 16 feet in length or over must have a life jacket for each person on board. Children under 7 must wear a life jacket at all times when on the water.
We have mixed gasoline for your boat. Fishing guide services can be arranged if desired. I will provide you with a map of "hot" spots to fish for those lunker bass, pan fish, catfish, or walleye. Rental arrangements can also be made for ski boats or jet skis rentals. I have l0 to 40 hp motors and trolling motors available for rent. Gas is extra.
